Bird Deaths continue
We are continuing to find dead and dying mallards and other water fowl in the lake. The Friends are collecting them and bagging them up for disposal. We are concerned that they may be suffering from Avian Botulism and the dead birds have been sent for testing.
16 dead mallards and 1 cygnet have been collected today and the Friends will be walking round the lake each day to keep it clear.
