PLAN B – when all else fails -start again!
We made a pond at the end of last year but over the winter it has either leaked or overflowed depending on the amount of rain we have had. The water has stayed muddy and so it is now time for action. Let us hope it is successful and we do not need a plan C.

First we remove the water & old liner.

We dig out the new shape adding a deeper place for winter hibernation.

A lining of felt and carpet is added to protect the liner from stones.

We take a well earned rest while making adjustments to the liner.
