Wet weather causing problems
The very wet weather we have had since December has meant that the ground on the site is saturated. The footpath along Kestrel Drive is very muddy and so we decided to see what we could do to improve this.
On 12th January we cleared the ditch, which runs along the path, and rodded the drains, which run under the path and should take the water to the stream on the opposite side of the path.
We hope this work will make walking along this path a more pleasant experience.
Seven Friends provided a total of 10.5 hours of work.
